Privacy Policy

This policy explains what LUNARSOFT, LLC (“we”), a Florida limited liability company, collects when you receive text messages from us or sign up to receive them, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your mobile number, as you gave it to us or as a message from you arrived with.
- Your consent — whether you are opted in or opted out, when that last changed, how it reached us (this website's sign-up form, a keyword you texted us, or a record supplied by the operator), the wording you agreed to, and the IP address the sign-up came from where you used the form on this site.
- The messages themselves — their content, the numbers they were sent between, and their delivery status.
We do not collect your name, your email address, your location or any payment details through the SMS programme, and we do not use cookies or any tracking on the sign-up form.
How we use it
Your number is used to send you the messages you asked for: account and service notifications, and one-time verification codes. Your consent record is used to honour opt-outs and to demonstrate, if a carrier or regulator asks, that we had permission to message you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
We share your number only with the telecommunications providers needed to carry a message to your handset — currently Telnyx and the mobile carriers it hands the message to. They process it in order to deliver the message.
How long we keep it
Consent records are kept for as long as we operate the messaging programme, including after you opt out. Keeping an opt-out is what stops us messaging you again, so deleting it would have the opposite of the intended effect. Message content and delivery records are kept for operational and audit purposes.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any message to stop all messages immediately, or HELP for help. You can ask us what we hold about your number, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below. If you ask us to delete an opt-out record we will explain that doing so removes the protection that keeps you off our list.
Security
Data is held on servers we operate, encrypted in transit, and reachable only over authenticated interfaces. Access is limited to the people running the service.
Children
The programme is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly sign them up.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
