Terms of Service

These terms apply to the text message programme operated by LUNARSOFT, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, under the brand Lunarsoft. By signing up you agree to them.
The programme
We send account and service notifications — alerts about service status, incidents and scheduled maintenance — and one-time verification codes used to confirm identity or authorise a sign-in.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this programme, and we do not send messages about loans, credit repair, cannabis, firearms or gambling.
Signing up
You may only sign up a mobile number you own or are authorised to use. Signing up someone else's number is a misuse of this service and we will remove any number on request.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and depends on the notifications you have asked for. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all messages immediately. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, OPT-OUT and REVOKE are honoured the same way. Opting out applies across every number we send from, not only the one you replied to.
Reply HELP or INFO for contact details and opt-out instructions. To start again, reply START, UNSTOP, YES, SUBSCRIBE, OPTIN or OPT-IN.
Delivery
Messages are carried by mobile networks we do not control. We cannot guarantee that any message arrives, or arrives promptly, and you should not rely on a text message as the only way you learn about something urgent or safety-critical.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who we share it with. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms or end the programme at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. You can leave at any time by replying STOP.
